Summary: | 碩士 === 南華大學 === 旅遊管理學系休閒環境管理碩士班 === 103 === The objectives of this study focused on the exploration of the relationships among extra curricular activities of leisure motivation and learning Satisfaction for the elementary school students. Objects are involved in the school community fourthヽfifthヽsixth-graders. A welldefined and structured questionnaire was utilized to collect survey data with purposive sampling and there were 310 valid and returned questionnaires. Through descriptive statistics and t-test for independent samples single and one-way ANOVA repeated measures and Scheffe’s methods and path analysis were utilized for analyzing the data.
The main findings following attainable:
1. Leisure motivation elementary school children to participate in community is divided into three levels, of which the "self-awareness" factors greatest impact, followed by "extrinsic rewards" and "human impact".
2. Elementary school children to participate in community leisure motivation, different gender in " self-awareness " level darshan differences, the results indicate the impact of self-consciousness more than girls by boys..
3. Elementary school children to participate in community leisure motivation, comparison of Different genderヽscale of the school community typeヽCommunity typeヽexercise after the class, etc. The results are shown in sixth grade higher than fourth-grade students, 12 classes of school the following scale greater than 12 to 24 classes of schools, musical societies of more than sports societies, students of exercise after the class will be greater than not be practice.
4.
