According toWorld Health Organization (WHO), about one million people died of suicide every year, 10 to 20 million people attempted to commit suicide, 5 to 100 million people were impacted by close relatives or colleagues who were suicidal attempters. This tells us that the importance of suicide issue. 　　Motivation of this study was that the researcher is a witness of his mother’s attemted suicide, and from the learning of psychodrama during graduate school, he realized the process of emotion catharsis and transformation. So this study was aimed to understand suicide attempters’ inner-world of their life experiences, transformation process by appliying psychodrama. A hermeneutic phenomenology approach was adopted to analyze audio-visual materials and interviewing data with four participants. Following were the main findings of this study: (1) the 10 transformation processes of suicidal attempters were: safe environment, conversation, role-exchanging, catharsis, bodily action skills, nurture with love, connect with the deceased, say goodbye to thedeceased, transform cognitions and feelings, self-integration.
