Summary: | 碩士 === 南華大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 103 === With the rapid change and growth in technology, it becomes the trend to make good use of technology in our teaching skill to improve the teaching quality in nowadays education system. This study aims to discuss the teaching effectiveness of kindergarten teachers from the perspectives of teachers’ computer self-efficacy, information literacy and the concerned stages of information technology integration.
This study adopted a survey study, with public and private kindergarten teachers of Chiayi County as subjects. There were 280 valid responses. We used a statistical software SPSS for narrative statistics and analyzed the validity and reliability. We performed path analysis by VPLS. The main findings were as the follows:
1. There is a significant correlation between computer self-efficacy and information literacy in kindergarten teachers.
2. There is a significant correlation between computer self-efficacy and the concerned stages of information technology in kindergarten teachers.
3. There is a significant correlation between information literacy and the concerned stages of information technology in kindergarten teachers.
4. There is a significant correlation between information literacy and the teaching effectiveness in kindergarten teachers.
5. There is a significant correlation between the concerned stages of information technology and the teaching effectiveness in kindergarten teachers.
6. There are highly significant correlations on teachers’ computer self-efficacy, information literacy, the concerned stages of information technology integration and the teaching effectiveness in kindergarten teachers.
