Summary:碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 103 === This study aimed to explore the effects of guideline preschool’s instructional strategy intervention on preschool student’ fitness. A purposive sampling was used to collect data from the preschool children study two kindergartens in Hsinchu. Also, students and their parent all agreed upon it. There were 28 effective samples in experimental group and 27 ones in the control group. The students in experimental group do child play course, which lasted for ten weeks, once a week, and 50 minutes each time. Also provide teaching plan and instruction plan about 30 minute gross motor movement. The student in experimental group participate in guideline preschool’s instructional strategy fitness-play curriculum; those in control group participate in traditional fitness-play curriculum. The results showed that after 10 weeks, the students in experimental ability promotion all has reveals the difference. (locomotor skill: 5 meter shuttle running, stability skill: sit-bending, object control skill: overarm throwing).
