By three semi-structured focus interview groups, there are parent participants provide their experience about children receiving school counseling. The researcher collates and analyzes the experience for understanding, attitude and expectance. The research result finds four points. First, parents have few understanding about school counseling, and emphasis on the way of school counseling activities doing. Secondly, the parents’ attitudes toward school counseling are positive. This positive attitude is influence by stigma, the effect of school counseling and parents’ past school counseling experience. Third, parents think children should learn some virtues, develop potential and have a nice friendship. Fourth, parents expect counseling room can provided the function of seeking help, consulting and training.
