What kind of challenges do they face along the way? What actions do they take to solve the issues? This research is based on data collected from the telephone interview with the 17 selected outstanding early childhood caregivers nationwide. The research data regarding the challenges faced and actions taken provided by those early childhood caregivers are summarized as below: 1.Outstanding early childhood caregivers will pursue their self-growth and professional skill development in three ways - attending professional trainings and seminars, learn from other early childhood caregivers or professionals through personal interactions, and self-study. 2.The non-typical self-growth channels for outstanding early childhood caregiver's specialty development are learning how to utilize internet resources, joining outstanding early childhood caregiver competition, and attending research projects. 3.Development of outstanding early childhood caregivers is deeply and compoundly influenced by self, peers, and community early childhood caregiver supporting system. 4.Outstanding early childhood caregivers face all challenges with positive attitude, keep looking for possible solutions, exploit self-advantage, networking, environment pros, and better utilize community early childhood caregiver system. 5.Outstanding early childhood caregivers should join community early childhood caregiver supporting system to help them overcome the development obstacles. Furthermore, they can attend non-typical self-growth programs to help them solve the difficulities faced in profession development.
