碩士 === 國防大學 === 運籌管理學系 === 103 === Among the tri-warfare policies of “psychological warfare, media warfare, and legal warfare” applied by the People’s Republic of China, the Ministry of National Defense R.O.C. is in charge of the psychological warfare. Psychological operation and psychological discipline are collectively called the psychological warfare. Psychological operation emphasizes on the application of operational tactics, as psychological discipline is on the soldiers’ mentality, respectively. Psychological operation is to deter the enemy’s mentality, so as to endeavor after the support of the neutrality and the friendly. Psychological discipline is to help the adaptation to the challenges of war on soldiers’ psychology and physiology. This study applies the questionnaires based on a large number of references and expert interviews on psychological warfare, and uses a quantitative methodology to the superintendents and directors of the regiments of psychological warfare and broadcast. The principal component analysis of multivariate analysis of variances will be applied for the important and critical factors in psychological tactics and discipline. The results will be provided to the departments concerned as the reformulating basis to improve the serviceability of military manuals as well as the effectiveness of psychological tactics and discipline.
