Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 103 === The daily internet-access environment we are in nowadays is not secured enough while social-network attack is everywhere; black hat hacker’s attack, personal information stolen, virus inception attack and spreading and so forth. To cope with the growing information security threat, the best and the only way is to strengthen the information security precaution and follow the proper protocol: coding. The information and tactical message transmitting is quite important in the military since the contents are confidential related: troop situation, location of the exercise, force deployment and general admin affairs. Navy has been putting more focus on the data coding in order to prevent confidential data revealing owing to the mission’s characteristic: maneuvering on the sea. This research is based on the symmetric-coding theory combing with the multi-factors storage concept in order to promote coding mechanism reliability to assure that we can have a safer radio Morse code transmitting mechanism by securing the personal stored data and transmitting channel. The user units, passing code, timestamp and geographical information (longitude and latitude) are necessary as the reference for radio morse coding and decoding process to make sure the privacy and security of the transmitting channel through validation of the multi-radio morse code factor.
