Since 1996 onwards EMT-1 and EMT-2 squad, played for the first time in 2012 by the National Defense Medical Center started EMT-P training, hoping to improve emergency care through training, make up the primary care gap. So far, EMT-P courses offered so far no systematic survey to understand whether the combination of their training and work. Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the EMT basic demographic characteristics, differences in job characteristics to discuss on whether the impact agreement between job training and application of relevant factors. Methods: The study was a cross-sectional study to investigate the military is currently the EMT-2 or EMT-P license holders from about 832 staff, response samples were 790 persons, and gave a response rate was 95.0%. Studies using self-structured questionnaire, using Kirkpatrick four-level model development agreement between job training and application questionnaires. Conclusion: This study suggests that, a comprehensive review of the basic unit should be equipped with proper training establishments, whether it is consistent with the actual job training equipment.
