The guided students with different background are analyzed the differences in the satisfaction with school work guidance, learning motivation for school work guidance, and learning motivation in schools. With questionnaire survey, G5 and G6 pupils participating in Boyo school work guidance and guided junior high school students in the second semester of 2014 academic year are selected as the research population. From the population of 1201 guided students, 240 (20%) pupils are picked, with Stratified Sampling, as the participants in this study. All 240 distributed and retrieved copies of formal questionnaires are valid. Such formal questionnaires are proceeded t-test and One-Way Analysis of Variance with SPSS Statistics 20 for the following conclusion. 1.The guided students in Boyo Foundation are satisfied with the overall school work guidance program and the math and English examinations, which allow them realizing the progress. The students are satisfied with math materials and regard the materials being helpful for the math learning. The guided students are also satisfied with reading materials and consider the materials being helpful for the reading ability. Furthermore, the guided students approve the instruction of school work guidance teachers on math, English, and reading and are satisfied with the teachers’ teaching ability, classroom management, and teaching attitudes. 2.The guided students in Boyo present highly intrinsic learning motivation for school work guidance and stress on the progress, the sense of achievement, the learned basic contents, and the effective learning methods. Moreover, the students reveal highly extrinsic learning motivation for school work guidance, stress on healthy competition among peers, and care about teasing behaviors among peers. 3.The guided students in Boyo show highly intrinsic learning motivation in schools and emphasize the learning progress, the learned basic contents, and the effective learning methods. Meanwhile, the guided students also appear highly extrinsic learning motivation in schools, focus on peer competition, and intend to outperform peers. 4.The guided students in remote areas show higher satisfaction with school work guidance administrative planning than those in general areas. Besides, the guided students in remote areas show higher intrinsic, extrinsic, and overall learning motivation for school work guidance than those in general areas. Suggestions are proposed, according to the research results, in this study for the reference of Boyo Social Welfare Foundation, relevant cultural and educational foundations, and future researchers.
