| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 藝術與設計學系 === 103 === The researcher created the 3D animation, Mr. Shock, which utilized exaggerated way to show the relationship of solidarity, conflict, and cooperation among one another. The story describes Mr. Shock, the leading male character, had an accident due to driver fatigue, and a series of interesting things launched in order to awaken Mr. Shock’s hands and feet as if his hands and feet had consciousness to work in cooperation.
In this work, the researcher added his past life experience of interpersonal interaction inspired from college student’s lifetime living with roommates from different counties. Besides, this work also reflects the researcher’s own imagination and experience, and finally completed this independent creation, Mr. Shock, via the 3D animation in combination with customized music.
During the research, the researcher constructed the script through analyzing the classic cartoon “Tom and Jerry” and the Argentine animation " El Empleo " to take their story contents and characters into consideration. In the main part of animation design, the researcher adopted 3D animation software programs such as Autodesk、Maya, special effects software such as Adobe After Effects, Image processing software such as Adobe Photoshop, and Post-production editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro as creating tools. Finally, with the creation of customized music, this work "Mr. Shock" can achieve fine enjoyment both in vision and audition.
The researcher expect that the work, Mr. Shock, can deliver the concepts of working in cooperation, and most important of all, to find the core values “happiness”.
