碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 體育與運動科學系 === 103 === The purpose of this study was to understand the selection of consciousness and training conception in the Greater Taipei, Taiwan , according to the different background variables to analyzed and explore. The survey utilizd the selection of consciousness and training conception in the Greater Taipei, Taiwan .The participants were included the swimming coaches of the Taipei City Primary/Junior High School united games and the Taipei City primary school zoning games in 2011 by questionnaires.The statistical methods were used descriptive statistics, independant sample t-test, one–way ANOVA. The results were found as follows: 1. The most of swimming coaches who were swimming sportsmen and had “under 5 years” working experience are “male” and got the coaching credential of National B grade , also instructed PE courses at school in the Greater Taipei. The most of swimming teams were built between “3-10 years”. The largest number of swimming classes were “43 classes”. The swimming coaches took knowledge from school. The way to select swimming sportsmen up to quiz and select consciousness when they were lower or intermediate grade for training to be the best spotsrmen. 2. The best selection of consciousness was “body type” in the Greater Taipei .3.The best scale of training conception were physical training and technical guidance. 4.The different “gender”, “job unit” , “individual identity”, “years in coaching”, and “school size”, the selection consciousness of swimming coaches of a significant difference. The different “license” , ”job” , ”rank” , “been swimming sportsmen” , and “how long the team was built” were no significant difference on the selection of consciousness in the Greater Taipei. 5. The different “gender”, “job unit” , “individual identity”, “years in coaching”, and “school size”, the selection consciousness of swimming coaches of a significant difference. The different “license” , ”job” , ”rank” , “been swimming sportsmen” , and “how long the team was built” were no significant difference on the training conception in the Greater Taipei.
