碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 國際企業學系 === 103 === This thesis aims to explore the strategy of energy-using industries’ optimal electricity selection by using the binomial option pricing model to analyze the values of various stages in the process. Due to variable electricity using, global environment awareness of green concept and the regulation of carbon emissions, corporate can either buy emissions from the outside market when facing the emission itself is limited. The corporations will adopting green power pricing when corporate image is damage. This thesis tries to investigate the hedge behavior of energy-using industries’ optimal electricity consumption strategy and build a maximum financial model for decision-making and the flexible approach of strategy management. How to provide the policymakers of enterprises with a reference of planning the optimal electricity consumption in every decision-making time is the most important. This thesis contributes to increase the eco-economic value of enterprises itself and the when corporate under the restriction of carbon emissions.
