Narrative inquiry was adopted. Data collected by in-depth interviewing three beginning educare givers. The findings were as follows. 1. The working adjustment process of these three beginning educare givers:the working adjustment process had their unique traits respectively. At the beginning, the common problems of adjustment were partner’s problem , an idea to leave when maladjustment, to be reinforced in their working environment, to need to have the sense of familiarity and preparation, and the summer or winter vacation had the function to adjust. 2. The influential factors included three aspects:working environment, personal factor, and the demands of working. 3. The coping strategies were to comply in action, to sympathize partner’s mood, to do the best to communicate personnel questions, to use multiple supportive system, to do more self-adjust, to promote teaching abilities to improve teaching problems, and to separate home from working place to alleviate the extent of stress.
