It has become the major traffic artery, providing convenience and transportation. Increasing traffic problems led to complaints from residents about noise and vibration, showing that people today pay more attention to quality of life. Thus, construction facitilies must take into account not only convenience and economic benefits, but also the environmental impact on residential areas. The purpose of this study is to sample the noise and vibration data both from the front and back sections of the road, and also two different types of designs, which will aid in the design of the Line-82 highway, noise and vibration from traffic, and deeper analysis from doing surveys among local residents, as well as a decision on whether it is necessary to improve the design by learning how they are affected by noise and vibration. After discovering the main issue, we will use the five-step method of standard value engineering to analyze the main questions, and will have experts raise a number of proposals.
