Abstract
This research aims to understand social community media management application to collegiate sports team status, obstacle factor, and acceptance. The research used interview method and questionnaire method as research tools to Yunlin and Chiayi area of collegiate sports teams for the reserach scope. There are 10 interviews in Yunlin and Chiayi drawn coaches and players, and also received 384 valid questionnaires. In the data analysis, descriptive statistics analysis and transcript data analysis, the results show:
1. Players use social community media like Facebook and Line to chat for about 30 minutes in average for everyday.which is longest using time in all the apps.
2. In every week’s use frequency.Player use social community media like Facebook and Line 5 times in average for chatting.which means they chat almost everyday.
3. The benefits of using Facebook and Line can be divided into "relationship development","informing mood","gaining information" and "attitude changing".
4. The obstacles of using social community media like Facebook and Line are "privacy problems","distraction problems"and "equipment problems."
5. Coaches and players hope to use Facebook and Line in the team, but the special case is that some of the coaches or the players who are usinge Facebook will not use Line.
