Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 輔導與諮商學系研究所 === 103 === The main purpose of this study was to explore and display interpersonal interaction at present, adaptation of life, and the important interpersonal experience in the past of high social anxiety tendency adult, and discuss the meaning and influence. The researcher selected three respondents, one of them is a 26-years-old female, and the other two are 29-years-old male. The researcher used semi-structure deep interview to collect the text, used hermeneutic phenomenology to be the method of the study, and used the thematic analysis to order the text, and attempted to investigate the intrinsic experience and the intrinsic meanings. Finally the researcher induced eight themes and three main aspects as follows: 1. The represents’ interpersonal interaction and adaptation of life at present: (1) When they confront unfamiliar persons, opposite sex who they like, and a crowd, their feelings of anxiety is strong and they are deficient in self-confidence. (2) They are quieter and more passive in social interaction, and this caused them limitation of schoolwork, job, and friendship. 2. From childhood till now, the represents’ interaction with their family and the atmosphere in their family: (1) Their parents were conservative and lacked for encourage to their children, these affected the development of social ability. (2) The relationship between parents and children were not good, and these affected the self-confidence and the development of interpersonal relationship. (3) The relationship between brothers and sisters is very different. The relationship of harmony, alienation, and collision exist. (4) The atmosphere in their family is different. The atmosphere of harmony, alienation, and collision exist. 3. From childhood till now, the represents’ interaction with their peers and elders: (1) Relationship between peers varied with different stages. Relationship in the stage of college was worst. (2) Relationship between most elders is estranged. Consequently they need elders’ initiative and kindness. Finally, based on results and discussions, the researcher provided concrete suggestions for parents, teachers in school, concerning counseling practitioners, and further researchers.
