This study collected qualitative case study, select a school in Taoyuan City as a case study, and invited the practical work experience of two years of field research over the tutor, school guidance teacher, and professional counselors to work in the case of its guidance experience by a semi-structured individual interviews, participant observation record accompanied the researchers, and the resulting data were phenomenological content analysis. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1. The junior high school counselors work responsibilities are: the tutor including parents and teacher collaborate, classroom management, student guidance. School guidance teacher primary responsibility counseling intervention, providing direct service includes individual guidance, guidance curriculum, class guidance and group counseling; indirect service includes providing parents and teachers consultation, referrals, case management and support guidance administration. Counselor at the main responsibility in case of counseling, support the developmental and interventional guidance, through providing direct service includes individual or group counseling, psychological evaluation, class guidance; indirect services includes guidance advocacy, case conference and consultation. Social worker provided case assessment, information service, economic benefits and systematic cooperation. 2. The junior high school guidance team cooperation model was “formula covers” tertiary prevention: tutor and guidance administrative implement developmental guidance, school guidance teacher primary responsibility interventional guidance, counselor and social work at the event of the primary responsibility but support the developmental and interventional guidance. 3. School guidance teachers work in casework mining “division mode dual axis”, only full-time guidance teacher in the case of this study need to be consulted to the part-time guidance teacher. 4. Junior high school counseling team cooperate contains practical yet of fall of training, short of professional knowledge and ability, guidance efficacy pressure, double relationship hinder the formation, tutor lack of guidance knowledge, cross offices mandate cognitive difference and professional counselors indequate storm. According to the above conclusions, some suggestions to The ministry of education, future researcher are provided.
