It further discussed the correlation between the perception of the Partial Reconstruction Plan of the Taiwan Sustainable Campus Project and the satisfaction of education personnel with various backgrounds. The findings could serve as a reference for related educational authorities and school administrators on future plans. A questionnaire survey was conducted by using the self-designed “Questionnaire on the current status of the Partial Reconstruction Plan of the Taiwan Sustainable Campus Project and post-use satisfaction”. Through employing the stratified random sampling approach, questionnaires were distributed to 370 education personnel in 21 elementary and junior high schools, which had received subsidies from the Ministry of Education. A total of 331 valid samples were retrieved. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and regression analyses. The findings were reported as follows: 1.Targeted perception of education personnel of elementary and junior high schools in Chiayi County on the Partial Reconstruction Plan of the Taiwan Sustainable Campus Project and the post-use satisfaction were above the average level. 2.There were statistically significant differences in targeted the perception of the Partial Reconstruction Plan of the Taiwan Sustainable Campus Project among the factors of gender, position, understanding of the project, integrated project, service area, school scale, and the technology leadership of the principals, while no significant difference was found among the factors of age, educational background, and teaching subjects. 3.There were statistically significant differences in targeted the post-use satisfaction among the factors of gender, understanding of the project, integrated project, school scale, and the school innovation operation, while no significant difference was found among the factors of age, educational background, position, teaching subjects, and service area. 4.There was significantly positive correlation between targeted the perception of the Partial Reconstruction Plan of the Taiwan Sustainable Campus Project and the post-use satisfaction (whole scales and all sub-scales). 5.Targeted the perception of the Partial Reconstruction Plan of the Taiwan Sustainable Campus Project effectively predicted the post-use satisfaction, with 36.7% (the whole scale) and 38,1% (three sub-scales) variance explained; besides, the “execution strategy” sub-scale had the greatest influence. 6.The findings from the post-use satisfaction on the Partial Reconstruction Plan of the Taiwan Sustainable Campus Project could be integrated into school curriculum for further improvements. The priority item and the most frequently implemented item was “healthy architecture--improving indoor environment”; while the most easily integrated, practical, and priority item was “Earth soil improvement”.
