Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 教育行政與政策發展研究所 === 103 === Summary The major discussion of this research is about the motivation index of groups or personal donation to school athletic teams. The results are calculated and will act as guidance for future fund-raising strategies. Using AHP, this survey is a convenience non-random sample choosing ten samples from following seven categories, religious groups, alumni associations, parents committee, foundations, enterprises, shops around school grounds and personals. Sixty surveys have been mailed, sixty effective surveys have returned. Each survey has been taken by representatives of each category. The purpose of this research is 1. Clarify the major motive of groups or personal donation to school athletic teams. 2. Analyze the impediment of groups or personal donation to school athletic teams. 3. Understand the feasibility of groups or personal donation to school athletic teams. 4. Understand the motive, impediment and feasibility of groups or personal donation to school athletic teams with non-resemblance backgrounds. In conclusion, the results from the research, researcher suggests school athletic teams wish to raise funds; schools can enhance the goal of cultivating great athletes to bring interest among donators. Also, the school should elaborate on the current goals for their athletic teams and future prospect that wishes to achieve in order to be acknowledged by donators to establish an fundamental fund-raising sequence, beneficial to the development and operation of school athletic teams.
