Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 機電工程學系所 === 103 === In this paper, several flexible metals/graphene supercapacitors were fabricated using sol-gel methodology and their electric performance were characterize by the cyclic voltammetry and the banding test. The solution were be prepared by three metal-based powers, silver nitrate, nickel nitrate, manganese oxide, and each of them was dissolved in deionized water. The carbon black and the PVB binder were added to increase the device conductivity and the adhesion of metal films on the flexible ITO/PET subtract respectively. A drying process corresponding with the higher temperature 80o C, was performed to remove the remaining liquid (solvent) phase. All fabricated devices show the rectangular with small corner spikes cyclic voltammograms to represent that they are near-idea capacitor. Compared to the device without metal additions in the graphene (carbon black only), all metal additions increase the specific capacitance of the device. The sliver has the better performance than other two metals where it increase 38% specific capacitance (183F/g). On the other hand, the bending test shows that the capacitance of large bending angle 90o is higher than that of normal condition (0o). The 20% capacitance increase by 90o bending angle can be attributed that the porous grapheme surface increases at the curved region as the device was bended.
