Coupled with high oil prices, many counties have issued related regulations for the electric car industry, and actively developed electric drive transportation to minimize the oil dependence for vehicles and follow the trend of environmental protection. Therefore, the objective of this study is to use the shaker to simulate the vibration of battery. The testing results can be used to examine the structure safetyof the battery module under vehicle vibration. Besides, the capacity-keeping rate, direct current internal resistance and the relationship of the discharge capacity and voltage are also discussed.
