Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 機電工程學系所 === 103 === Nowadays mechanical industry becomes more and more flourishing in Taiwan. The Manufacturing requirements are increasingly strict. High speed machine and high machining accuracy are the trend of industrial development. However, the increase of machine speed produces the occurrence of mechanical vibration such that the decrease of machining accuracy and useful life of operation occurs. Modal test is necessary to realize the dynamic characteristics of machine. The way to do the modal test is to integrate the spectrum analyzers, transducers and drivers to form a testing system. As known, in general, impact hammers are widely used as a force driver. However the operation of impact hammer strongly depends on the working experience. The posture and skill of using impact hammer will influence the data. To develop an automatic impact hammer system to get precise data is of great importance. The objective of this study is to use a single chip to control the brushless DC motor to drive the homemade impact hammer to imitate human use impact hammer. The result of this research shows that the proposed system can improve the measuring efficiency and measurement accuracy when compares it with a manual system.
