碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 電機工程學系 === 103 === The purpose of the study is to investigate Changhua County, the public objective to install the solar power system,and sell electricity from perceived quality patterns for the survey direction. The tools use literature analysis and questionnaire survey procedure. The study subjects are people in Changhua County. The effective samples are 341 in total. There are nine independent variables. The dependent variable is to investigate teachers’ opinions of financial management and financial instruments of public junior high school teachers. Studying data are analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, One-way ANOVA, Chi-square test and Pearson variances analysis. The results are shown as follows: 1. People think that the quality patterns of solar power system areuseful.Man think the quality patterns of solar power system is useful.Woman think that the quality patterns of solar power system is easy to use. 2. The personal background variables have influence to people when they want to install solar power system. 3. People in Changhua County have gradation when choosing to sell electricity.The first is full wholesale type, the second is all for self and the third is excess to sell. The results above are recommendations for people, government and future studies. To develop renewable energy is the trend of the world.The solar power system has some troubles,such aslarge settings、enhancing the power efficiency and how to prove intermittent power.But the large settings of renewable energy will affect the dispatching and transmission of traditional power.The government and industry should understand the restrictions of renewable energy.It can prove the electricity network for keeping stable and safe.On the other hand,the industry,government and schoolshould study the solar power system to use.For increasing energy species maintains economic development.
