Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 教育研究所 === 103 === The main purpose of this study was to explore the special education teacher’s emotional labor. The study adopts the method of case study and semi-structured papers to interview the special education teacher, and arrange the results by coding,analyze,and triangulation.
The major findings of the study obtained as below: First, special education teachers get more frustration than accomplishment. Second, many factors would affect on special education teachers’ emotional labor. Third, the way of special education teachers facing emotional labor still needs to be improved. According to these results, our purpose is that the study can offer some suggestions for special education teachers, special education school.
