A total of 1448 junior high school students and 97 math teachers responded to the Satisfaction with Math Textbooks of Grades 7-9 Questionnaire for Students and the Satisfaction with Math Textbooks of Grades 7-9 Questionnaire for Teachers respectively. Descriptive statistics, one-way MANOVA, and independent sample t-test were used to analyze data. Male students, high academic achievers, and students from small schools had a higher level of satisfaction with math textbooks, compared to their counterparts respectively. Besides, teachers’ satisfaction with math textbooks reached to the intermediate level. Teachers with graduate degrees had a higher level of satisfaction than those without graduate degrees.
