Therefore, facing disadvantages, downstream firms of Taiwan textile industry should adjust their business strategies to stimulate and prove the performance in such inferior step. It is expected to prove the analysis of this research and be the reference of business management for textile industry in the future. In this research, we took H Co. Ltd. as the object. By means of literature review and interviews, we intensively studied its business strategy, the background it formed, history, transformation strategy, business concept, and business scope, and then further analyzed how to use the innovative manage strategy to conquer the current situation. By this research, we hope to discuss how the traditional handcraft knitting transforms innovatively to adopt into the changing generation.
