Each country had changed dramatically national currency value and financial landscape. Investors began to pay attention to the stability of financial institutions and financial transparency of financial derivatives. As Investors’ investment patterns change, it affect directly financial professionals who serve clients frequently on the front line. Therefore, this study analyzes the impact of financial professionals’ interpersonal networks on job performance. The research results are summarized as follows: 1. Guanxi and internal control are significantly positively correlated. 2. Guanxi and leader-member exchange significantly (LMX) are significantly positively correlated. 3. LMX and job performance are significantly positively correlated. 4. LMX and internal control are significantly positively correlated. 5. Internal control and job performance are significantly positively correlated. Based on results, this study suggests that LMX should be consider when selecting suitable financial professionals in the financial industry. Financial professionals with high LMX can improve internal control of enterprises, and it also can enhance job performance. In addition, the establishment of the complete internal control system can provide practicing and promotion information to financial professionals. It can improve the financial professionals’ efficiency and job performance.
