Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 地理學系 === 103 === Due to the rise of environmental awareness, environmental education is also increasing attention and nature centers have boomed in recent years. In order to stand out in a crowded industry and win visitor favor, nature center operators need to pay particular attention to visitors' enjoyment experience to increase satisfaction and evoke visitors’ environmental behavior intention. This study aims to establish an enjoyment experience model for nature center visitors and explore the relationship among such experience, satisfaction and environmental behavior intention. The study collected responses from 202 and 207 questionnaires, respectively, from Baxianshan Nature Center and Longluantan Nature Center and applied a linear structural equation model for model testing. It was found that enjoyment experience has a significant positive impact on visitor satisfaction and environmental behavior intention and that "social enjoyment " and "emotional stimulation" have the greatest influence on satisfaction, followed by "felling enjoyment," "sensory enjoyment," and "educational enjoyment."Visitor satisfaction was also found to have indirectly impact on environmental behavior intention. Additionally, the study found that visitors to Baxianshan Nature Center were more aware of the enjoyment experience constructs of "educational enjoyment," "landscape appreciation," "sensory enjoyment," and "emotional stimulation" than were the visitors to Longluantan Nature Center. These findings may serve as a reference both for operators in strengthening the enjoyment experience constructs of the nature center to evoke visitor satisfaction and environmental behavior intention, as well as for future research into nature center topics.
