The convenient bank's customer APP system is one of the popular choices, in that customer usage rate continues to rise. The current study is intended to examine Mobile Banking APP, in terms of its customer satisfaction, intention to use, and Mobile Banking APP under the influence of basic services, financial services and the additional information services of the APP.
This study, further explores customers of Mobile Banking APP intention to use the degree of customer satisfaction with the use of a causal relationship. 222 questionnaires surveys were collected and analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software. The findings revealed that both of the basic service and the financial service of Mobile Banking APP have a positive impact on the intention to use, on the contrary additional information on the use of the will does not have a positive impact. Mobile Banking APP's intention to use has a positive impact on customer satisfaction.
