Discussion was informed by the literature, research scholars in the past, most of that executive leadership and employee performance is a positive relationship, job stress and job performance as a negative relationship, this study employee A formal airlines empirical objects under test to paper questionnaires purposive sampling method questionnaire, distributed a total of 150 pre-test questionnaire, 500 questionnaires were formal, but formal recovered a total of 386 questionnaires, 320 valid questionnaires, the recovery rate was 77.2%, the effective rate of 82.9% , after finishing the encoding to computer statistical software package SPSS statistical analysis valid sample data, analysis results obtained by this study the following conclusions: 1. The competent leadership has a positive impact on job performance. 2. Competent leadership specification type has a positive effect on employee stress. 3. Working pressure range within the staff can afford to have employees work performance positive impact. 4. Working pressure has the effect of mediation between the competent leadership and job performance.
