The subjects of the study adopted high school and vocational students in Taichung to be the population, and the study adopted the questionnaire method to collect the data, and the Stratifies Random Cluster Sampling to conduct the sampling. The study aimed at three public high schools and three private high schools’ students located at the mountain line and coastline in Taichung. The total 600 questionnaires were averagely distributed to six high schools and vocational schools, and retrieved 584 questionnaires back, there were 486 effective retrieving questionnaires, and the retrieving rate was 83%. The anticipated results of the study were the following: 1. The high school and vocational students in Taichung were satisfied with PE teachers’ teaching validity; especially the degree on the learning environment and atmosphere was the most significant. 2. The high school and vocational students in Taichung were satisfied with PE courses’ learning; especially the degree on PE teachers’ teaching was the most significant. 3. The satisfaction on PE teachers’ teaching validity, in terms of the grade, the first grade had highest satisfactions; in terms of the gender, the female students had higher satisfactions than the male students; in terms of the parents’ educational and economic backgrounds, teaching planning and preparation, PE teaching materials, overall dimensions were significant. 4. The satisfaction on PE courses’ learning of the high school and vocational students in Taichung, the term of the grade was significant; in terms of the gender, the female students had higher perceptive satisfactions than the male students. 5. There was significantly high correlation between the PE teachers’ teaching validity and learning satisfaction on high school and vocational students in Taichung.
