The Senior High School Actualization Program lasts from February to June in 2013, using questionnaires to conduct longitudinal studies. Data were analyzed with SPSS software through descriptive statistics, statistical methods dependent sample t test, Mann-Whitney U test and correlation analysis to explore the results. The findings of the study are listed as follows: 1. The support between teachers is the critical factor to promote creative teaching activities. 2. External adjustment, identity adaptation and intrinsic motivation are critical factors to promote teachers’ creative teaching. 3.
