| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 103 === This study aimed to investigate the critical factors of teachers’ creative teaching. 14 senior high school teachers of Effectiveness and Implementation of Senior High School Actualization Program were sampled as research subjects. The Senior High School Actualization Program lasts from February to June in 2013, using questionnaires to conduct longitudinal studies. Data were analyzed with SPSS software through descriptive statistics, statistical methods dependent sample t test, Mann-Whitney U test and correlation analysis to explore the results. The findings of the study are listed as follows:
1. The support between teachers is the critical factor to promote creative teaching activities.
2. External adjustment, identity adaptation and intrinsic motivation are critical factors to promote teachers’ creative teaching.
3. Professional supporting from school, teachers' teaching freedom and teachers' internalized adjustment motivation are critical factors which suppress teachers’ creative teaching.
