In 2014, LINE has more than 17 million registered users and the number of users worldwide has more than 400 million people in Taiwan. Since the rise of smart phones to drive the wave of using free communications software, the most important of the mobile internet applications is the use of social networks when people use the phone-internet. This research sample is the LINE users of mobile communications software to explore the user's personal intelligence of mobile communications software and the influence between the community recognition and community trust. In this study, "experimentation" methods were applied for domestic LINE users to use mobile communication software. Through the platform of the network, a group of people who don’t know each other to explore the discussion and interaction patterns in group. The hypotheses of this study were testified by regression analysis to perform data validation analysis. The object of this study is to investigate the relationships among personal intelligence, community interaction, community recognition, and community trust. From the view of personality traits, this study explores the influence of personal intelligence on interactive communication. The results of this study show that the users with higher personal intelligence will express higher network communication interactions to enhance the quality and efficiency of group discussions in the group discussion. The expected practical contribution of this study is to apply mobile communication software as virtual platform and create a new collaborative working environment for enterprise organizations. This study also can provide recommends for mobile network operators in the fields of internet community and practical management.
