Graduate schools also offer part-time programs for working people to meet their needs. This research is about the influence of learning effect and Organized Influence on those part-time graduate students. 208 part-time students in the north of Taiwan are participants to clarify their learning effect on job satisfaction and Retention Intentions. The analysis tools are multiple regression analysis and one-way ANOVA. The result shows that learning effect has not very positive effect on those students’ job satisfaction and Retention Intentions. The demographic variables have different influences on learning effect and job satisfaction. The research results can be a reference for the working people to plan their future study, for the universities and colleges to operate their part-time graduate programs, and for enterprises to train their staff.
