By the system, the service can substitute for the function of a product. Customers don’t need to buy the product and their needs can be also satisfied by the service instead of products. Furthermore, the substitution also decreases the consumption for the environment. AM (Additive Manufacturing), also called 3D printing. This ideal appeared in 1980s, the materials are added layer by layer in a 3D printing machine (or 3D printer). In the last, a 3-dimension objective is completely constructed. Credit to the technology today, the precision and accuracy of a 3D printer are consistent improved. Companies can also make the prototype of new product by this kind of machine. However, most of these printers are designed for business, the price or the functions are away from our daily needs. Hence, how to develop the application of 3D printing and how to spread the usage of public, is a problem that is worth to research. This research adopted the QFD (Quality Function Deployment) to define the customer needs, then convert to design parameter. Based on these parameters, build a DSM (Design Structure Matrix) and analysis the interaction between these parameters. By analysis of DSM, we can build the framework of the system.
