In this study, using the finite element software ABAQUS to analysis fully coupled thermal-hydro-mechanical calculation of final nuclear fuel waste repository. Disposal site analysis of the conception bases on deep geological disposal. Considering the spent nuclear fuel waste, buffer materials, backfill material and rock material thermal and hydraulic characteristics of for analysis and comparison of the results of the literature countries. The distance of deposition holes and disposal field size analysis using the Taiwan Power Company's exploration data, and considering domestic literature of the size of disposal site and material properties, and to study different deposition holes distance different size and heat transfer parameters for disposal influence of temperature and saturation.
