碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 運輸與物流管理學系 === 103 === This study is aimed to investigate the connecting airport choice behavior for China-Pacific Seaboard connecting flight. A data with stated preference was conducted to modeling the multinomial logit and nested logit model. The choice scenarios composed of tourism and airport attributes and their corresponding level of services were designed to explore travelers’ preference and airport competition. This study shows that travelers are more attention to fare,total flight time, stay time and visa-free. The results of simulations by using this model show that let Taiwan to be a transit stop and freeing visa for China travelers can help Taoyuan airport to gain more market share.
