Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 生物科技學系 === 103 === Ovarian cancer remains the most deadly gynecologic malignancy in most developed countries. The majority cases diagnosed in advance stage are insensitive to current chemotheraputic treatments and have high rates of recurrence to cause the mortality. Thus, it is necessary to find a new target molecule to overcome the unfavorable outcome. In this study, we use the online data base of Gene Expression Omnibus and gene ontology to find out the candidate. After screening the candidate of ovarian cancer, the LKW003 was chosen as a new target molecule. Sequentially, verification of LKW003 for tumor-associated expression, the surface expression on ovarian cancer cells will be performed. Therefore, we investigate the effect of anti-LKW0033 antiserum directly target to ovarian cancer cells on cell physiology. LKW003 antiserum targeting can induce cell death and inhibit the migration ability of ovarian cancer cells.
