But while declining in price pressures, and therefore between the increasingly competitive industry conditions under each LED packaging factory did not dare committed to enhancing productivity and cost control. In this study, TOC concept, based on that affect the case company capacity reached rates and causes drift bottleneck for analysis and propose a solution: Balance WIP flow, adjusted dispatching schedule against the order, and the establishment of buffer management, to thereby improve productivity management performance.
