BIM emphasizes on project information assembled, 3D visualization presentation and interdisciplinary collaboration to help owners, engineers and architects can make choices and judgments effectively. This study utilized TEKLA Open API functions, design an application base on the specifications for modeling independent footing objects. Users can input the building information for requirement of parameter, build an independent footing quickly and economically.
