Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 運動與健康科學學院 === 103 === Abstract Purpose: Discuss the immediate influence of one-off vibration stimulation on the static balance ability of general healthy adults.Method: based on 29 healthy adults without major disease and skeletal muscle damage (age, 22.34±1.96, height, 173.37±4.93cm, weight, 75.99±15.40kg), and force plate (Type 9287, Kistler Inc., Switzerland), conduct 4 tests of measuring eyes opened and closed, right and left foot standing; after the pre-test, intervene single vibration stimulation (frequency, 26Hz, amplitude, 5mm, 60s for three groups, time interval, 60s), accept the post-test immediately. Different test needs time interval of more than 48hrs. Collect the total displacement of X (front and back) and Y (left and right) axis of 4 standing postures on the force plate for 30s. Divide into 4 intervals: 0-10s, 10-20s, 20-30s, and 0-30s. Regard pre-post test of the results as independent variable, and the balance parameters as dependent variables, then do the three-way ANOVA mixed design analysis (α=0.05). Results: after the one-off vibration stimulation, the pre-post test with eyes opened and closed (P=0.154), the pre-post test of left and right single foot standing ( p=0.605) and the pre-post test of left and right single foot standing with eyes opened and closed (p=0.776) have no significant difference. Although the pre-post test with eyes closed has no significant difference, its improvement is obvious (eyes closed and right foot: 10.6% and 13.5% improved on the X and Y axis; eyes closed and left foot: 4.8% and 8.9% improved on the X and Y axis); additionally, the balance ability of single foot standing also has no significant difference (p=0.815). Only there is significant different existing between eyes closed and opened. Conclusion: The results of study shows having no significant difference in the pre-post test, there are two reasons for this: insufficient strength was set, and improvement of balance ability needs a long time of training; In the balance ability test of single foot standing, there was no significant difference between left and right foot, while eyes closed and opened have great influence on static balance ability has a great influence. Before and after the intervention of vibration stimulation, eyes-closed situation also has large improvement. Therefore, in the balance ability test, choosing eye-closed situation to test can be more effective. Key words: single foot standing, force plate, displacement
