碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 體育推廣學系 === 103 === This study aimed to the relationship between the community sports resources and its development of Pingzhen City. Community is the local grassroots organizations of national sport promotion. This research focuses on how to combine the community resources to achieve the goals of sports for all and to enhance community sports development.The study will adopt literature analysis and in–depth interviews as its research methods. The results as followed:First, the status of the development of Community Sports:Human resources include government officers, community leaders, volunteers and local residents, grant funding is from government, activity time is early morning, evening and holiday.The activities are: badminton, dance, etc, Sports message delivery is by internet etc. Second, community sports resources: Tangible community sports resources are people, material and financial resources, the intangible resources is the sense of community. Third, cooperation is the relationship between the use of resources of community sports and community sports development, moreover, after the integration of community resources that will generate community construction and social welfare resources. Thus, in order to fasten and enhance the community development, it is suggested that to increase in government funding to subsidies for communities, increased sport guidance personnel, and the community should continue to the resource development, to take the advantages to create more resources.
