Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 運動保健學系 === 103 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of different complex stimuli (weight stimulation + plyometric stimulation) and (weight training stimulion + vibration training stimulation) induced PAP after the explosive effect of the upper body. Methods: Thirteen college basketball players assigned to the two complex stimulator, at three time points implement upper explosive measure, test project includes triaxial accelerometer chest elected explosive test, push the medicine ball chest throw. Date were analyzed using a two-way ANOVA with repeated measures before and after the intervention and then two complex stimuli explosive performance. Rsults: (weight + plyometric) 8 minutes after stimulation intervention upper explosive compound with four minutes of significant differences in (weight + vibration) complex stimulate involvement of significant difference from the previous measured after 8 minutes. Conclusion: This study W + V composite stimulus, whether it is four minutes and eight minutes progress explosive upper level are better than W + P composite stimulus, but eight minutes of rest is used to induce an effective PAP.
