Descriptive and Paired T-test methods were adapted to three week data statistic. Results: all participants had positive AMS response(average index: 114) in first week, and the first day SpO2and HR had significant differences between 1st and 3rd week (95.5±1.4%, 64.0±9.5 bpm; 96.1±1.7%, 60.7±6.9 bpm, repectively). Weekly total training diatance also shown significant increasedbetween 1st and 3rd week .Conclusion: base on our results, three week altitude training program had positive effects on AMS, SpO2, HR and benefits on training efficiency and performance. keywords:Acute mountain sickness, altitude training, Oxygen Saturation, heart rate   Chang, Yuag-Cheng 張永政 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 31 zh-TW
