Study on the influence factors of career women's sport is an important issue. The development of Yoga market gradually enhances the opportunities of women's participation in recreational sports in recent years. Compared to other sports, Yoga enhanced the mental adjustment capability, reduced the health of imbalance and promoted the social harmony and interaction benefits. We also question 16 career women participation by applying Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)to explore the mental physical and social needs and find out the important factors to improve the effectiveness of Yoga sport.
