We focus on synthesized two kinds of QDs with different emission. By using its optical properties, we can stimulate fluorescence for detection. We can effectively reduce the detection limit of the sample by using a laser detection system, and it can also be used to detect a analysis of microfluidic flow, faster, high sensitivity, and low cost.
