Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 電機工程學系 === 104 === In the data that Ministry of Health and Welfare had disclosed, malignant tumor had continuously taken the first place in the top ten leading causes of death for the 33th years until 2014. Malignant tumor has threatened our country seriously. The early symptoms of malignant tumor aren’t quite obvious that the treatment often be delayed when it’s found, furthermore, the detections and the cure ways are usually intrusive, these usually lead to torments on the patients physically and mentally. Some malignant tumor are surface cytopathic, oral cancer and skin cancer for instances. There’re actually some technique that can be developed into non-intrusive detection techniques, the bioelectrical impedance analysis technology of our laboratory, for example, is able to detect whether there’re canceration in surface cell if the technique has been developed into detective systems. Therefore, this study focus on developing non-intrusive detective systems that can automatically detect surface cytopathic to find and cure malignant tumor in the early stage, lower patient’s pain and the death rate. Here’s the structure of this study: use Verilog to generate sinusoidal waves and complete the system by Voltage Controlled Current Source and bioelectrical impedance analysis circuits.
