Summary: | 碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 103 === In recent year, with the development of Web2.0, opinion leaders on the web seems to be loved front of public opinion, whether government agencies, private companies and even the traditional news media, in many time they have to understand some opinion from opinion leader of Web, and in recent years, energy problem is an issue that Taiwan have to face, on the internet, discussion about energy never less, due to the rise of environmental awareness, wind power, solar energy, ocean energy, biomass, geothermal and other green energy and low carbon’s environmental technology is already an important issue in society, therefore identify green energy and low-carbon opinion leaders have become a very important issue. In this study, in order to study the characteristics of opinion leaders and followers, the study assessment of each speaker in social media who compliance the characteristics of opinion leader and the interaction between the people of the social media, by observing the correlation matrix approach to identify opinion leaders and followers.
